Move to Applications

Open the DMG and drag VPN.rc to Applications. Then open the installed app.

Sign in with auth.rc

Sign in or register in your browser. An administrator must enable VPN access for your account.

Approve setup. Connect.

The app explains its changes before macOS asks for an administrator password. Uninstall from the app’s Settings.
